- The wet-signed application form, together with a document that will confirm your identity, must be submitted in person, through a notary
- By signing with a secure electronic signature issued within the scope of the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070, or
- It must be communicated to us using one of the methods prescribed by the Personal Data Protection Board.
